We will never share your e-mail address or personal information with any third parties. Any information collected on this website will be used for fraud control, order verification or internal marketing purposes only.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

Please allow CNPbags up to 1-3 business days to ship your order.

You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped and also receive a  tracking number. Internationally we ship using USPS (Delivery between 7-10 days depending on country).If you need your order quickly, please message us for a quote for expedited shipping. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

Once an order has been shipped and email received, CNPbags is no longer responsible for goods shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note, refunds are not allowed. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Allowable returned items will be exchangeable for another style only.

If you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, please send an email to info@cnpbags.com and let us know what you’d like to return, the reason for your return and what you would prefer to exchange your item for. Once your email is confirmed, you will receive the address to send your return to.

Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging. CNPbags will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

Most items are handmade, therefore they may come with minor flaws or variations in natural materials. Please take this into consideration prior to purchasing.

At CNPbags we are committed to selling only first-quality accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email us at info@cnpbags.com within 3 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund.

LEATHER CARE

A lot of love, work and effort goes into the selection of our materials and the production of our goods. Therefore, we would like to inform you about some characteristics of our different leather types and the right leather care. The latter will make your bag even more enjoyable for you.

The following applies to all of our leather types: we only use naturally-tanned leather and materials! Because we leave our leather natural, small irregularities like scars, stitched or scratches can occur. These are no defects. Leather is a natural resource and every piece is unique. Our bags are manually reworked and refined at the end of the production process and this gives them their individual appearance.

Don´t expose your bag to intensive sunlight or heat for prolonged periods of time. Try to avoid moisture, friction and any treatment that could damage the surface. The look, feel and color of your bag will change over time and develop a personal style. This process is a feature of genuine, natural leather!

For all of our bags we generally recommend impregnation with a leather care spray before use. Please contact your local dealer or a shop specialized in leather goods for more information.
